There is a wide range of needs and dreams among the people of Ghana and they are often shaped by their exposure to Western culture. In 2006, a series of more than 50 people form small villages, middle-sized towns and large cities were interviewed across the country about their living conditions and expectations for the future. People from middle sized cities reported to be the happiest as they had their basic needs met, but were not creating unattainable expectations like people in large cities who are more exposed to Western lifestyles. Project continues in The Bronx.
